DigiBazar facilitates product discovery, ordering, payment processing, fulfillment, customer support, and returns management.

By using DigiBazar, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

  • Interfere with platform operations.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems.

  • Submit false claims or fraudulent transactions.

  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce website content without authorization.

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on DigiBazar, including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Graphics

  • Designs

  • Website content

  • Software

is owned by DigiBazar or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

DigiBazar shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Service interruptions

  • Delays caused by third-party service providers

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.

14. User-Generated Content

If customers submit reviews, comments, images, or feedback:

  • They grant DigiBazar a non-exclusive right to use such content for promotional and operational purposes.

  • DigiBazar reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.
