14-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, on any unworn, unwashed item with original tags attached.
How to Return an Item
- Request approval — Contact us at contact@digibazar.pk or call UAN 111-797-999 within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Complete the Return Form — Fill in your order number, name, and date of receiving the order, along with the item(s) being returned.
- Repack the parcel — Include the completed Return Form inside the parcel along with the item(s) being returned.
- Ship it back — Send the parcel via any trusted courier to the address below. Courier charges will be refunded.

Accepted Return Reasons
- Not as pictured
- Didn't fit
- Not satisfied with quality
- Didn't want / changed mind
- Wrong item sent
- Damaged / defective item
- Do not like
- Not as described
Choose Your Return Option
When submitting your return, select one of the following:
- Exchange — Swap for a different size, color, or product.
- Credit Voucher — Receive store credit equal to the invoice value of the returned item.
- Refund — Receive your money back via bank transfer.
Note: If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will automatically issue a credit voucher equal to the returned item's invoice value via email.
Refunds
- Method: Bank account transfer only (bank name, account title, and IBAN required on the Return Form).
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
- Courier charges paid for the return will be refunded along with your order refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Perishable or opened cosmetic items
- Custom or personalized orders
